Immediate measures: Remain calm and composed; pursue activities of interest and avoid loneliness, etc.
Long term measures: A negative feel-set forms when a person, instead of following positive feel-set guiding principles, follows opposite principles. For transforming a negative feel-set into positive one should follow above referred the ten positive feel-set guiding principles consistently. Gradually, negativity will shift towards positivity.
